How our service-based model works

1. Complete a short inquiry form so we can understand your goals, needs, and current situation.

2. Participate in an initial professional coaching session or DISC introduction to experience our approach and value.
3. Clarify your commitment and finalize the coaching or service agreement that best supports your growth.
4. Submit your service fee and choose one of our nonprofit or community partners to receive a donation.
5. A minimum of 25% of the fee will be donated to a partner organization you selected.
6. Everyone benefits: you receive high-quality, professional coaching; we are able to deliver our services; and a community partner receives meaningful resources.
