In January 2026, Next Level Collaboration Foundation was born from a simple, unshakeable belief: Every single person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Unfortunately, most professionals never reach their full potential.

Too often in the professional world, individuals find themselves stuck behind systemic barriers, lacking access to the high-caliber mentorship, behavioral insights, and strategic coaching typically reserved for corporate executives. We saw a widening gap where brilliant minds, resilient spirits, and untapped leaders were being overlooked simply because they lacked the access or the network. We decided to change that.

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving and equipping individuals from all walks of life, especially those from underrepresented or overlooked backgrounds.

I believe that leadership begins with listening, grows through collaboration, and creates lasting impact when people feel seen, heard, and understood.

As the Founder of Next Level Collaboration Foundation, our mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and develop professionals and leaders who inspire positive change. Through coaching, leadership development, DISC behavioral assessments, and interactive workshops, I partner with professionals, educators, nonprofit organizations, and emerging leaders to create healthier relationships and stronger teams.

Smoky is passionate about learning and leadership that has been shaped by years of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and Toastmasters International. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of coaching students, mentoring professionals, facilitating workshops, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they discover their strengths, overcome challenges and grow in confidence.

My coaching approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and practical action. I use DISC as one of several tools to help clients better understand themselves and others, improve communication, navigate conflict, and lead with greater confidence and emotional intelligence. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work alongside students and clients to help them identify meaningful goals, discover practical strategies, and create sustainable growth.
