As the Founder of Next Level Collaboration Foundation, our mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen communication, build trust, and develop professionals and leaders who inspire positive change. Through coaching, leadership development, DISC behavioral assessments, and interactive workshops, I partner with professionals, educators, nonprofit organizations, and emerging leaders to create healthier relationships and stronger teams.

Smoky is passionate about learning and leadership, shaped by years of experience in higher education, nonprofit Christian organizations, and Toastmasters International. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of coaching students, mentoring professionals, facilitating workshops, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they discover their strengths and overcome challenges.

My coaching approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and practical action. I use DISC as one of several tools to help clients better understand themselves and others, improve communication, navigate conflict, and lead with greater confidence and emotional intelligence. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work alongside students and clients to help them identify meaningful goals, discover practical strategies, and create sustainable growth.
